How to Hook Up a Wireless-N 300 Router & Wireless-N 300 USB Adapter to Make a Laptop Wireless
Apple

The Wireless-N 300 router and adapter kit from Netgear provides you with the necessary hardware to make your laptop wireless, if it does not include a built-in Wi-Fi antenna. The equipment uses Wireless-N technology to spread the connection from your DSL service to Wi-Fi devices in your home. The Wireless-N protocol features improved network stability and connection speeds and is backward compatible with older wireless equipment. Because the adapter and router are designed to work with each other, the setup is straightforward.Difficulty:Moderately EasyInstructions Things You'll Need

Make a wireless adapter with an old USB network adapter stick

I have wireless in the house, through a high speed internet modem/router. I have an old USB wireless adapter stick that is no longer being used. There is as SIM card in it, but we do not need to use it any longer. Can I do some tweaking to convert the old USB wireless adapter stick into an adapter that can be plugged into our T.V. to wirelessly link to the internet on our wireless network from the router?
"Wireless Adapter Not Found!" - Internet Adapter Problem
Apple

Hi,
I bought the D-Link Xtreme N Dual Band USB Adapter (Model: DWA-160) and installed the drivers and such, and my computer detects the actual USB Adapter fine, but the software that came with the device doesn't, and gives me the message "Wireless Adapter Not Found!"... It does say that it's compatible with XP/Vista, and I'm on 7, so maybe there's a problem there?
I checked for special Windows 7 drivers for the device but I couldn't find anything. I phoned my internet service provider for help, as well as the D-Link help line and neither gave me anything that worked. I've uninstalled/installed it several times, trying different variations and nothing seems
