Easy one, but need answer sooon!

I created a flash movie but I want it to stick on the last frame instead of going away. I have looping set to false, but at the end of the movie, it seems to just disapear. I want the last frame to stay visible... I am using Flash MX. I have done this in the past, but for some reason cannot remember. Please if anyone knows how to do this i need to have this project completed by the days end. THanks a million!

Do you really need a Haswell compatible PSU to use Haswell's C6/C7 states?
Apple
Haswell has a new processor state called C6/C7 which reduces the processor's power usage when idle, the new state consumes so little power that they say older or cheaper power supply couldn't be stable with Haswell. But the CPU is on the 12 Volt rail, which is shared by graphics cards, fans, hard drives and so on. So my question is, wouldn't all the things on the 12 Volt rail consume enough power on idle to keep the system stable?
Haswell vs Ivy bridge e vs haswell e (4 year old upgrade)
Apple
Hey, looking to upgrade computer and am unsure between haswell, ivy bridge e and waiting for haswell e.
I am hesitant on going for Ivy bridge e as I will be purchasing a brand new board that's pretty much past its time (development wise.)
With haswell i've read a lot of "hasfail" and how its not worth the upgrade, but most of those threads were concerning the upgrade from LGA1155 to haswell as opposed to my dual core.
Finally with haswell e, I've heard mixed opinions on ddr4, some saying that ram will never bottleneck you, others saying that the hexacores + newer graphics cards will need it and its the best build point for an infrequent upgrader.
