Youtube issues on PC & Samsung TV

For PC the videos will load...then it will pause randomly at 1min or 30s or 2mins and doesn't load.
Pull the slider alittle backwards....it loads and playback continues.
For TV the resolutions always seems low and I cannot choose HD or SD.
Any solutions or tips? I'm on 200mbps by SH by the way speed test normal.
Even when I pause the video it doesn't continue to load the remainder.

Samsung Tab and iPad youtube video issue.

	Hi, I am testing my website(zco.com) in Samsung tab and iPad devices. While testing, I am getting this issue i.e the drop down menu coming under the youtube video in both iPad and Samsung Tab. The drop down works just fine in all the desktop browsers (thanks to "wmode=transparent"). My question are 1. Is it a known bug with Samsung tab (as I have browsed few websites that has HTML drop down over flash and it all showed the same issue for eg:http://tvsmotor.in/ http://www.sony.co.in )? 2. Is there any fix to the iPad as I guess the youtube pushes the html5 video for iPhone and iPad versions and not flash? Please help. Thank

	Hey all! Basically I have decent internet speed (11 mbps up), and no matter what I do the videos I try and load,they take forever and often stop 5-6 times. when I open the info in the video it ranges from 63kbps to (if I'm bless by the gods) 800 kbps. I've cleared my cache and I'm not sure what to do. Specs: i5-3570 Asrock B75M-DGS 16gb cosair v ramm sapphire 7950. all help and advice will be warmly welcomed! and thanks in advance
