Windows 7 Domain Login Screen - Automatically Select Password Field

Category : Windows XP & 7 & 8
We have a single domain environment with Windows 7 64bit clients. Some of our users have to "CLICK INTO THE PASSWORD FIELD" after they hit ctrl-alt-delete when they login.
Is there a way to save users the step of having to click into the Password Field before they enter their password?
(The devil's in the details.)
Thanks in advance for any help!
