Windows 7 Domain Login Screen - Automatically Select Password Field

We have a single domain environment with Windows 7 64bit clients. Some of our users have to "CLICK INTO THE PASSWORD FIELD" after they hit ctrl-alt-delete when they login.
Is there a way to save users the step of having to click into the Password Field before they enter their password?
(The devil's in the details.)
Thanks in advance for any help!

[ubuntu] How to put Login and Password field on ONE screen? Initial Login name possible?
Windows XP & 7 & 8
When I currently startup Ubunto 7.04 then a screen with the Login entry field appears. I have to enter the name and hit RETURN. Afterwords a second screen appears with the password field.
Is it possible to have both entry fields on ONE screen?
Is it possible to automatically pre-fill the "Login" entry field with a default login name
(and the cursor in the password entry field)?

[ubuntu] show password entyr field for default user in FIRST login screen possible?
Windows XP & 7 & 8
When I boot Ubuntu 10.04 then at first the login screen appears with the main user
"Peter"
and
"other..."
In 99% of the cases I use "Peter" and have explicitely to click on Peter.
Only then the password entry field appears and I can enter it.
This is somehow user unfriendly.
Can I define somehow a default user (here: Peter) and show immediately the password entry field (and place the cursor inside)?

Windows XP & 7 & 8

This prevented me from doing sudo. Looking up on google informed of this bug. So I executed passwd from console and reset my password to a non-empty value. Now I have a password and I can do sudo. I also figured out how I can turn on "Automatic Login" without deleting my password. Now I have temporarily disbled "Automatic Login" to ensure that I have restored everything. However, the password field on the main login window that I get is still left uneditable. I just have to c
