Table row is not adding !!!

I'm a learner of PHP and MySQL. For learning purpose I'm trying to enter a table row using Terminal. But unfortunately, the row is not adding to the table and there is no confirmation. The code is below :

I found it's fine not to use row. Once I declared row before container, it causes problems. So when to use 'row'? I only know one case that is you want to use container yet you want to fill up the entire screen, but besides than that? does it necessary?
