Hi,
I downloaded Python 3 for Windows Phone 8 (

)
Does anyone how it is possible to access the accelerometers
data? A link to the documentation would be awesome!
Thanks
Hi,
I am new to Python development for mobile. I have developed a
software to access windows shared folders / samba folder (A SMB
client) for S60.
It is working fine for me in my N78. Please try
and let me know your feedback on changes i can make to the UI and
features i should add.
Check
http://www.lnkr.net/smb4s60 for more details.
It is in
early development stage. currently supports downloading files to
phone. I am planning to add support for copying file from phone to
server.
Awaiting your feedback
Thanks

Hello,
I am a newbie trying to get raw data from accelerometer
sensor. I followed example from PyS60 document but I could get data
only integer values. I went to check from Nokia library also, but I
still don't know how to get raw data of accelerometer which is double
data type.
Anyone could help me solve this problem?
Thank
you in advance..

Hello everyone,
I've been experimenting with gyroscope n
accelerometer with Unity3d n WP. The idea is to make a FPS using
on-board device sensors for a more engaging gameplay.

<Grid.RowDefinitions>
<RowDefinition
Height="*"></RowDefinition>
<RowDefinition
Height="*"></RowDefinition>
</Grid.RowDefinitions>
<StackPanel Orientation="Vertical">

<GridView.ItemTemplate>
<DataTemplate>

<StackPanel Margin="0,0,0,0"
Orientation="Horizontal">

<Image
x:Name="txtNewspaperImage" Source="{Binding PicPath}" Height="60"
Width="60" VerticalAlignment="Center" Margin="0,0,10,0"/>
<StackPanel
Orientation="Vertical">
<TextBlock
x:Name="txtNewspaperHeader" TextWrapping="Wrap"
Foreground="{StaticResource ApplicationForegroundThemeBrush}"

Web Development

I'm looking for a way to store data persistently which would take
the least time to access when required.
Are there any specific classes I should use?

I've been using
Windows.Storage.ApplicationData.Current.LocalSettings, but I'm not
sure if this is the best method.
