Styling backup fonts with javascript or jquery

Hi all, I am using a small font for a primary nav, but when it
doesn't load, the backup font that replaces it is enormous. I can't
not use the small font as it's part of my work's branding, and no
other default fonts are even remotely similar. Does anyone know how to
do set a class using Javascript or Jquery to the backup font? />Thanks

I have a csv data set of highscores that I am importing from a
sqlite db.
I am using jQuery .load to insert the data into a div.

The data is output:

"name,score name,score name,score"

How can I put the data into a table like this?

<table>
<tr>
<td>name</td>
<td>score</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>name</td>
<td>score</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>name</td>
<td>score</td>
</tr>
</table>

Here is my code:

<ol id="content"></ol>

Which is populated with data from

<script>$('#container').load('https://204.232.224.137:8080/scorerangecsv?count=10&startingwith=1');</script

I'm aware that if I use jQuery Mobile, it will effect all elements
on a page, except for elements I add data-role="none" to.

Is there a way to have jQuery Mobile effect nothing except for the
elements I wish to opt-in?

Hey Guys I am trying to style my radio buttons using jQuery mobile.
The problem that I have encountered, is that as soon I have included
the jquery mobile min js file, it started to automatically place div
tags through out my page such as the following...

   < html class="ui-mobile">
<head>
<body class="ui-mobile-viewport ui-overlay-a">
<div class="ui-page ui-page-theme-a ui-page-active"
data-role="page" data-url="/simplemenu/menus/demo" tabindex="0"
style="">

<div class="ui-loader ui-corner-all ui-body-a
ui-loader-default" style="top: 321.5px;">
<span class="ui-icon-loading"></span>
<h1>loading</h1>
</div>

Why is this happening and is there anyway I can prevent it from
happening?

Jquery UI slider gives access to class ui-slider-range
to do custom css on the selected range. Is there an easy way to add
custom css (in my case background color) to what is left and right of
the selected range?

Changing the slider background color changes both left and right, I
however want a trio effect essentially of 3 separate background colors
for the 3 divided regions created by the range min/max selectors;

I chose jQuery Mobile over other frameworks for its animation
capabilities and dynamic pages support.

However, I'm running into troubles with styling. I'd like to keep
the basic page style in order to perform page transitions. But I also
need to fully customize the look'n feel of headers, listviews,
buttons, searchboxes... Dealing with colors only is not enough. I need
to handle dimensions, positions, margins, paddings, and so on.

Therefore I struggle with extra divs and classes added by jQuery
Mobile in order to override them with CSS. But it is so
time-consuming, and it would be way faster to rewrite css from
scratch...

Is there a way to load a minimal jQuery Mobile css file ?

Or should I look towards an other mobile framework ? I need to
handle page transitions, ajax calls, Cordova compatibility, and of
course a fully customizable html/css...
