iPhone In-App Purchase Store Kit error -1003 “Cannot connect to iTunes Store”

I've been working on adding in-app purchases and was able to create
and test in-app purchases using Store Kit (yay!). During testing, I
exercised my app in a way which caused the app to crash mid purchase
(so I guess the normal cycle of receiving
paymentQueue:updatedTransactions and calling finishTransaction was
interrupted).

Now I am unable to successfully complete any
transactions and instead am getting only transactions with
transactionState SKPaymentTransactionStateFailed when
paymentQueue:updatedTransactions is called.

The
transaction.error.code is -1003 and the
transaction.error.localizedDescription is "Cannot connect to iTunes
Store"!

I am working on one iphone application. in that I have implemented
In app purchase code but problem is that the transaction is failed and
giving me "Can not connect to I-tunes store" error. and when i debug
the code then found this is a error no 3. it is confirmed that its not
a network connection related error. please help if you have some
knowledge or idea about this problem.

Mobile Programming

I followed apple's guide to implement in-app purchases and when i
try to purchase something i get error code 3 and the description
Cannot connect to iTunes Store.

I tried to
dump the network from the phone and it appears that the phone connects
correctly to the sandbox. I also tried adding a new user and i signed
out of the store.

I don't even get the screen to enter my
test user... just the error above.

In order to understand
the funnels results that relates to the upgrade flow, I've started to
monitor failed transactions that the users are experiencing.

I've found that over 55% of the times users try to upgrade, the
transaction fails with the following error:

My code is based on this solution. I was wondering
if anyone else encounter something similar? or knows what coul

I am
able to receive the productsRequest:didReceiveResponse method, and
receive the array of products.

My problem arises when I
add a SKPayment to the SKPaymentQueue. After I add the product to the
queue, in the paymentQueue:updatedTransactions method the transactions
always have the state SKPaymentTransactionStateFailed.

I
NSLog the "transaction.error" and this is what it returns: Error

I have logged out of the Store in the
Settings app, but after trying to purchase a product in my
