I have a web framework created by someone and I need to learn to use it.

Let's say I have this HTML form:

When the search button is submitted, inside of the servlet, is extracted, based on the word "action" (this is forced by the structure of the framework), what kind of action needs to be made.
One more thing: the action, in this case, "search" is in fact the key for a proprieties f

J2EE basic question
Programming Languages
Hi,
i am a newbie to java and have a small clarification regarding J2EE
i am getting really confused on exactly what J2EE is? is it a standard or is a software development kit?
also, i am developing an application in which user can select some files of his choice which are then transmitted to a server via XML. on the server side, i am developing servlet/JSP programs that interpret these XML files and do the necessary processing. can i say that i am using J2EE on my server side??
thanks in advance.
