Emails sent from my server to Hotmail never arrive

I have the following problem.

Some Hotmail/Live.com users who register @ my website don't get
verification emails. Exim logfile shows the following:

2015-01-22 19:45:04 1YELoT-0006U2-Su => XXXXXXX@live.com
R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp H=mx3.hotmail.com [65.54.188.94]
X=TLS1.2:RSA_AES_256_CBC_SHA256:256 DN="CN=*.hotmail.com"
2015-01-22 19:45:04 1YELoT-0006U2-Su Completed

but emails never appear in Hotmail mailboxes.

I have SPF records for my domain, "from" address exists, server has
reverse PTR record, server's IP address doesn't exist in any
blacklists. No problems with Gmail, Yahoo etc, only with Hotmail.

I use non-existing "reply-to" address. Could it be a problem?

Anyway, if there is a problem with my emails Hotmail should reject
them instead of accepting and not delivering. They are just fooling
people.

As I understand this problem is not permanent. I have users with
Hotmail email addresses, some people get verification email, some not.
Today I made several tests but no emails in my Hotmail mailbox.

Is there any way how to get in contact in Hotmail to fix the
problem? If not the only solutions is not to accept Hotmail/Live com
addresses. :(

I cannot check my hotmail inbox. The website times out everytime I try
to open it, and Evolution Mail doesn't work with it apparently. />Anyone able to tell me what programs to use? I've tried using 3
different web browsers(Firefox, Konquerer, and Midori).
Ubuntu
Hi,

Can anyone help with improving my sites reputation so my emails go to
inbox automatically?

I am using Mandrill but its not stopped this happening. Does anyone
offer white listing service for hotmail?

I am willing to pay if reasonable.
Webmasters

The problem is that my emails are delivered "correctly" to
hotmail's server but the user@hotmail.com doesn't receive it. If I
whitelist the sender domain in hotmail's options, the emails are
getting received.

Edit: I've tried to route hotmail emails from my relays but still
the same issue.

Edit: I've subscribed to Hotmail/Live postmaster tools and my ips
are fine.

What's the actual problem or is there any workaround?

Here is the postfix logs:

I am running a WHMCS hosting system for a small number of private
clients. For a few of them they never seem to receive the invoice
emails I send out. I have ran the emails through a number of tests
such as sending one to check-auth@verifier.port25.com and when I get
the report back it says:

==========================================================

Summary of Results

SPF check: pass

DomainKeys check: neutral

DKIM check: pass

Sender-ID check: pass

SpamAssassin check: ham

Yet like I said some clients still never receive their messages
while others get them with no problems. If I send them a direct email
from my personal account they get it just fine. Most often it is
Google Apps users that never even see the email go to their spam
folder. The email just never arrives...

Any idea of what else I should check to see if there are any
problems that might be making my invoices dissapear?

With the below code i am trying to fetch emails from Hotmail.
On my system localhost this code is working fine but on my hosting
server this code is not working.

IMAP is enable on hosting server.

PHP Warning: imap_open(): Couldn't open stream
{imap-mail.outlook.com:993/imap/ssl}INBOX

CakePHP Controller code:

$username = 'myusername@hotmail.com';
$password = 'myusernamepassword';
set_time_limit(3000);

/* try to connect */
$inbox =
imap_open('{imap-mail.outlook.com:993/imap/ssl}INBOX',$username,$password)
or die('Cannot connect to Mail Server: ' . imap_last_error());

/* grab emails */

$emails = imap_search($inbox,'UNSEEN');

/* if emails are returned, cycle through each... */
if($emails) {
/* begin output var */
$output = '';
/* put the newest emails on top */
rsort($emails);
/* for every email... */
$count = 1;

foreach($emails as $email_number) {
$head = imap_header($inbox, $email_number);
/* get information specific to this email */
$overview = imap_fetch_overview($inbox,$email_number,0);
$message = imap_body($inbox,$email_number,2);
$subject =
$this->decode_imap_text($overview[0]->subject);

}

// echo $output;
}

/* close the connection */
imap_close($inbox);
