Created it with no problems, apparently at least. My BIOS is set to

Sorry, I asked this question in the wrong category before.
Anyways, my system restore disc that I burned will not load up. I
set my BIOS and got through to wear it says it's loading files, but
the screen always gets stuck with a black screen and just a cursor.
