By default, in WordPress/WooCommerce registration screen there are two fields username and email. With only these two types of data, it is quite difficult to identify who is registering. You need some additional information from users to identify who was registering. For this purpose, you can find some third party plugins such as WooCommerce custom registration fields plugin by FMEAddons, that will help you to easily add additional registration attributes by using different types of input files that are available by default in this plugin.

This plugin supports the following fields

  1. Text box
  2. Text Area
  3. Select box
  4. Multi Select Box
  5. Checkbox
  6. Radio button
  7. Date picker
  8. Time picker
  9. Password
  10. File/image upload
