ComboBox Binding is lost when bound item is swapped for a new item containing null for the field

I have a "User" screen where a User entity is bound. When it starts off as a new user, the values bound to the combobox is null so the combobox starts off blank and the works as intended. If I then click my "New User" button, any comboboxes that were switched from the empty null value to a value while still on the previous entity seems to completely lose their binding on the new User. Any comboboxes that were left initially Null before clicking "new" continue to operate correctly. After this my combobox is completely dead. Changing it's value will not make it's way back the the source, and when loading a new source the combobox is no longer selecting the right data.

Binding ComboBox with Generic List so that value of combobox item represents bound object
Operating Systems

I am trying my hands on WPF. I am trying to bind a ComboBox with List<MyClass> where MyClass is user defined class. I want to set SelectedValuePath property of ComboBox so that, value of ComboBox item represents object of MyClass.

I tried setting SelectedValuePath property to . and this, but no luck. Can anybody suggest me the way to achieve it?

Example Code :

Class MyClass
{
public int ID {get; set;}
public string Name {get; set;}
}
List<MyClass> lst = new List<MyCla
Do bound controls receive any notification when the bound item is swapped for a different item?
Operating Systems
Suppose:
A TextBox is bound to a BindingSource, which is bound to a DataTable
A BindingNavigator is used to alter the current row being looked at by
the BindingSource
(i.e. Navs NEXT button is pressed. BS.Position changes from 2 to 3,
Textbox was showing APPLE, now shows ORANGE)
Does the textbox receive any notification that this occurred? If so,
what?
I ask because I want to extend TextBox and add some extra properties.
When the textbox is showing an item off a DataRow whose .RowState is
Unchanged, i want to enable the TextBox. If the .RowState is Modified,
I want to make the TextBox disabled. If the .RowState is Added
Can I use the value of a bound data item within repeater, without binding it?
Operating Systems
I have a table bound to a repeater. There is a DateTime column called
EntryDate. When the EntryDate changes day [when CompareDates() is true]
I want to write the date out. I want to compare the value of an item
from a table column with a public variable and then set the variable to
the value of that item when the days change [CompareDates() will do
this provided it ]
Can I access the value of EntryDate column? If so how? Clearly not by
using Eval because that requires me to bind it so something which I
dont want to do.
It compiles and gives a runtime error:
Databinding methods such as Eval(), XPath(), and Bind(
Add Item to bound ComboBox help
Operating Systems

Can someone tell me how to add an additional item to a combobox that is bound to a datatable?
I have populated the ComboBox with data from table

sSQLCbo = "SELECT region.ID, region.name FROM [STORES] ORDER BY store.ID" Dim ds As New DataSet da = New OleDb.OleDbDataAdapter(sSQLCbo, con) da.Fill(dt) con.Close() ComboBox1.DisplayMember = "Region" ComboBox1.ValueMember = "id" ComboBox1.DataSource = dt

Now I want to add an additional item "All Regions" so I can use this as part of a future query using the ComboBox SelectedIndexChanged.
