Enabling Gmagick PHP module causes ImageMagick (Imagick) module to report 0 supported formats

HOME ยป PHP

I'm trying to get both imagick and gmagick extensions enabled on
the same machine (ubuntu 12.04 - though same problem in older
versions).

I have a working ImageMagick/Imagick
installation - with 206 supported formats...up until the moment I
enable the gmagick module - then it reports that 0 are supported. I
was able to isolate the problem thanks to this response:
http://stackoverflow.com/a/11350707/543871. With gmagick enabled,
graphicsmagick works perfectly well, just at the expense of
imagemagick. Any ideas? Here is the output from phpinfo before and
after enabling gmagick:

BEFORE (just imagick
installed):

imagick module

I have installed ImageMagick using brew install
imagemagick
. This all worked fine and I can run any ImageMagick
command from the Terminal / Command line.

Now when I try
to use the ImageMagick classes in PHP, I get an error Class
'Imagick' not found in ...
. I guess this is because the
ImageMagick module is not loaded.

Could anyone help me to
get this thing working in PHP? Thanks!

Need to convert Imagick to Gmagick for a pdf reader, and got
problems with the following code snippets:

//With
Imagick
$oTempImage = new Imagick();

$oTempImage->setResolution($this->oTileOptions->density,
$this->oTileOptions->density);

$oTempImage->readImage($this->oTileOptions->input_path); />//With Gmagick
$oTempImage = new Gmagick();

$oTempImage->setImageResolution($this->oTileOptions->density,
$this->oTileOptions->density);

$oTempImage->readImage($this->oTileOptions->input_path); />

My reseller host doesn't offer ImageMagick as PHP module-
options?

Hi:
Having just signed up for a
reseller and moved some sites, I realized my reseller (Site5) only
offers ImageMagick as a command tool and not PHP module. I did ask
prior to signing up, but I guess I wasn't specific enough. Anyhow,
what are my options now? Move out, or try and adapt my PHP scripts
that need ImageMagick to work with the command line (if that's even
feasible as far as complexity of mods or security)?
Thanks,

Hello,
I have whmcs piping enabled. The
pipe works and imports mail into ticket, but the sender gets a bounce
back email with this message.
"PHP Warning: Module
'imagick' already loaded in Unknown on line 0"
I checked
using commands php -m and php -v. There are no warning messages. Also
I checked the php.ini and it is loaded one time only. Even I comment
it out, still not working.
Btw, the server is litespeed.
Any
