Can I write an app in javascript/HTML/CSS and sell it on the app store, google's play, and microsoft mobile app store?

HOME ยป Javascript

I am interested in web standards (js/HTML/CSS). I would like to
create applications from them. And sell these applications on mobile
stores and web stores (for iphone, google play, microsoft and RIM
alternatives).

Is it possible ? If not, what would be the
closest way to do that ?

Edit :
... for phones and
tablets ?

When configuring my Facebook app I have enabled "Native Android
App" and within that enabled "Configured for Android SSO" and "Android
Native Deep Linking".

My configuration and app code would
appear to be correct because if an Android user has my app installed
and follows a link to my app on Facebook via THE NATIVE FACEBOOK APP
they are immediately directed to my application as expected.
Great!

HOWEVER if an Android user who has my app installed
DOES NOT have the NATIVE FACEBOOK APP installed and instead browses
Facebook via the mobile website at http://m.facebook.com, when they
follow a link to my app they are ALWAYS taken to the Play Store.

Android

I have an OpenGL based application which is working fine when I
compile and build from eclipse and install it on my android device,
however, when I try to publish the same app and install over the
Google-Play, the application seems to crash, without giving an ANR
dialog. I even tried installing my signed .apk from USB and it all
works fine there.
But the published Google-Play version is not
working.

Is there any way that I can add some debug
outputs on the published google-play version?

I dont see
any force-close or anything, it simply quits and following is the log.

It seems to be crashing at my native c++ functions:

Javascript

Example: When sending a beta version to beta testers, I'll still
want all of their crash/freeze reports to be sent to 'Google Play'
(Former 'Android market').

Note: Such a beta version can
be published by email (for example) and not downloaded using 'Google
Play'. It would be installed manually by allowing 'Unknown
sources'.

Android

In my company we are developing a fitness mobile app using
kendoui, HTML, jQuery and
phonegap and we want to measure the success of the UI
design so we want to implement AB testing to try different
alternatives in the process. Also, we want to release this app in the
Apple App Store so our questions are related to.

/>Which app or tool can we use to implement the AB test that fit our
software architecture
How the App Store manage a app that want to
implement AB Testing, they allowed or don't?
Operating Systems
I using phonegap to develop my app, so I need to package css,js,js
lib, index.html to assets/www folder, and
super.loadUrl("file:///android_asset/www/index.html",4000);but Is
there is way to update my css,js,js lib, index.html without update my
app(NOT update apk file wherever from store or our own server) --
this is because some page I need to interactive with native and
it(css/js,index.html) may need to be changed .Sound stupid , but it
there a way to satisfy this requirement, and how
