How do I embed ruby.rb file via form in a way that ruby.rb would be executed and results visible in view

let's say I want to embed this code via form in a separate ruby.rb file:

print "Hello, Please enter a value:"
var = gets.to_i
if var == 10
puts "Correct"
else
puts "Your answer is incorrect"
end

After the submit button in view user will see either results are correct or incorrect.
In a best way file ruby.rb would be embedded via form, it's more convinient, but not essential.
Could you think of how to make it work? I would be very nice to have some incentives from you.

Thank you

I want to declare a no. and then it will be incremented each time the file in which it resides gets executed.
I can use file to keep track of last no. used but is there any simple solution

Data population in the select tag is done using eval method which evaluating some ruby code and after executing whatever data is returned from that ruby code it is then populated in the select_tag options.

My problem is in the UI form(select_tag and some labels) is not getting displayed until the eval method completes its code execution, but my requirement is to display the form to the user first then using some ajax calls load the data in the select list.

As the data from which the select list is getting populating is in some text format pr
