$.each(obj,function(key,value) {})

I am a
newbie of jquery, i know there are two ways to write the structure
like this:

$('document').ready(function(){}); or
$(function(){});

why $.each() put
. behind $ rather than
$(each())

Web Design

Here is my dilemna, I just started a new job and am in the
process of analyzing the sites that will be under my jurisidiction. />In doing search engine optimization, how do you differentiate
between words that have more than one meaning? For instance, how
could you differentiate between a crane (the bird) and a crane (as in
a construction crane)?
Thanks!

Have you ever had this happen to you? Where you are looking
at a word and you swear it must be spelled wrong because it just
doesn't look right? That particular string of characters seems to lose
all meaning as you stare at it? It happens to me every now and then.

About a half hour ago, it happened to me on the word
"string". I kept wanting to pronounce it "stringe"
with a "j" sound at the end. I kept staring at it and it
just looked wrong. I had even just typed it myself a minute before. I
went back to what I typed and it looked all messed up. String is a
word I type a lot and my fingers know how to spell it
