I have Win 7 on my system, and I run WMP12, and I can share and watch
content on my HDTV wirelessly no problem. My friend asked me to set up
his system to to the same, but his Win 7 system has WMP11, and won't
let me upgrade to WMP12. It just says it has the latest version. And I
can't see how to activate streaming, because there is NO
"Streaming" in the menu bar like there is on my WMP 12. Is
there a way to get WMP 12 on my friend's PC?

My laptop Acer V3-571 has constantly been having BSOD's for
the past few months. It originally came with windows 8 and had BSOD's
constantly so I decided to downgrade to Windows 7 and see whether that

laptop is now unusable. I tried everything from updating drivers,
deleting programs, reformatting hard drive and still no prevail. />Is there anything I can do?

We have a single domain environment with Windows 7 64bit clients. Some
of our users have to "CLICK INTO THE PASSWORD FIELD" after
they hit ctrl-alt-delete when they login.
Is there a way to save
users the step of having to click into the Password Field before they
enter their password?
(The devil's in the details.)
in advance for any help!
Hi! I have a very simple question. Is it possible, in Windows 7, to
have two users logged in and active at the same time with 2 monitors
and two sets of keyboard/mouse?
i have a fairly powerful computer
that we also use as media center, and it would be great if my family
could log in into their users in the TV to browse or watch a movie
while I am working in my monitor.
So, is that something that can
be done without virtual PCs?
Hello,i have tried a few times and it seems that the only update it
fails is the one for IE.This problem started about two weeks ago and i

successful before it would stop and leave the laptop turned on. This

In Windows Live Mail, Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3522.0110): I've turned
my "junk email protection" off: "No Automatic
Filtering." Moreover, I've unchecked both Phishing Protection
options, so that protection is off as well. Yet incoming messages
regularly appear in my Junk folder, with no warning to me. These are
mostly from senders whose mail I have *not* flagged as junk. (In fact
many of these messages are of vital interest to me.) I’ve also
noticed that a junk-folder message I’ve tagged as “Not
junk” will typically be followed by similar messages from the
same sender, again diverted as junk.
Why does this happen and
Hello all. In a nutshell, the question would be just as the title
says. A couple of years ago, I purchased a gateway laptop that came
with an i5 processor, a 500gb hard drive and windows 7 home premium.
As soon as I took the computer out of the box, I created the factory
image discs (3 dvds) and set them aside. I knew I would never use all
500gb in this particular computer, so I removed that hard drive and
used it for archive storage and put in a much smaller hard drive. I
used those factory image discs created from the original hdd to
install windows 7 on my smaller hard drive and was happy to see that
it also installs another factory image on the drive. all was dandy for
a year or so. I've
