Update after Bounty was awarded

A new solution is coming up to this problem. Please refer to ASP.NET MVC 3 Preview 1 here: http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2010/07/27/introducing-asp-net-mvc-3-preview-1.aspx

How to achieve Remote Validation Using Fluent Validation as like Asp.Net MVC Data Annotation Remote validation
by Rafael V. Souza in ASP & ASP.net

Asp.Net MVC provides an internal remote validation by tagging Remote attribute to respective field in your model .
When I tag any field with Remote it generates some extra attributes to support Remote validation .

data-val-remote="EmailID is invalid." data-val-remote-additionalfields="*.EmailID" data-val-remote-url="/Home/TestEmailID"/

How can I extend ASP.NET server-side validation controls to raise an event if validation fails?

In my controller, I have the following, somewhat simplified, validation on the title. For arguments sake, assume it finds the error, and re-renders the view with the modelstate error information.
