How to workaround gcc-3.4 bug (or maybe this is not a bug)?
Category : Programming Languages

Following code fails with a error message :

t.cpp: In function `void test()':
t.cpp:35: error: expected primary-expression before '>' token
t.cpp:35: error: expected primary-expression before ')' token

Now I don't see any issues with the code and it compiles with gcc-4.x and MSVC 2005 but not with gcc-3.4 (which is still quit

Need workaround for & in url, iis7
Category : Programming Languages

I am moving old asp.net website from windows 2003 to windows 2008 R2.

Some pages have '&' in url and it works fine on 2003 but on 2008 any '&' before '?' gives 'Bad Request'.

Those pages have serious impact on website popularity, 7% of all visits start here, so it is important to handle them properly without changing url.
Any ideas how to handle such urls

The good thing is that my app only requires SSL for a couple of pages (for ordering). Right now, I use "ssl_required" in my controller for those couple actions. Any idea on how to create a b

I'm trying to do something like that:

$(e.items.new).each(function(index) {

In ie8 i'm getting this error: "Expected identifier". I think because of the use of 'new' save words.

Any chance to workaround? thanks

Get-Childitem Workaround

I want to determine which files/filetypes consume most space on the fileserver. Due to the fact that alot of users created files with a name/path length over 260 char gci does not work.(shortcuts-in-shortcuts-in-shortcuts-infinity)

My next step was to create a workaround by using something that displays, size file name and path without max_path var limitation.(ROBOCOPY)
