Making $facebook->api to load faster and post to album to upload faster?

I have the following code. Everytime i load this page, it takes 3-5 seconds if there is no user_id information. Can i reduce the time to make it load faster?

When inflating views for a listView, is it better to have all textViews without android:text in the .xml file and how much does that affects the speed? What about ViewStubs, would that be even faster?

When inflating a LinearLayout with 8 textViews without android:text and with android:text="@string/abc", does that change anything ?

I understand why it does that but I don't really have any idea of how to prevent that. So the scenario is, every frame I move the car by a certain of predefined pixels. What happens is when I go on slow or faster computer... well I get less or more frames per seconds so the car moves either slower or faster. I was wondering how I could prevent that.
