MonoTouch linker fails to resolve System.Void System.Console::set_ForegroundColor(System.ConsoleColor)
by tobybot in Operating Systems

My app builds/links/deploys fine to the simulator, but I just tried to build/deploy the app to a real device for the first time, and I get a linker failure.

I don't use System.Console or ConsoleColor anywhere in my app, but I do have a fair amount of code that uses UIColor, and I wonder if there's some MT dependency here.

I'm using

LocalSystem vs. System vs. Local System Windows system accounts

I am completely confused by MS docs on Windows built-in accounts.

SQL Server 2008 R2 online docs "Setting Up Windows Service Accounts" tells

high-privileged built-in account. It
has extensive privileges on the local
system and acts as the computer on the
network. The actual name of the

Ambiguous call to method “Round(a: System.Double): System.Double ; Round(d: System.Decimal): System.Decimal”
by Rineau in Programming Languages

I am bit confused as to why calling Math.Round method would raise, "Ambiguous Call" compiler error.

Here is my offending code:

RawMin is Int32 data type.

I thought, Round method should return with Int32 value type.

Any hints or clues will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Generate html from “{Input:{'A':'System.Int32','B':'System.Int32'}, Output:System.Int32}”
by William Burke in Web Design

I get metadata as string like "{Input:{'A':'System.Int32','B':'System.Int32'}, Output:System.Int32}"

I am using knockout.js and could use json.parse also. But are there any easy way to generate a inputform that let the user submit data for properties of input. (would it be better to change the metadata to be a list of properties?
