I hope this helps . Using a module bundler would always be better for many reasons, one being maintainability. But if you can't, try registering the component in the script file, like so:
code :
Vue.component('navigation', {
  template: `
      <p>Click on the Menu Icon to transform it to "X":</p>
      <div v-bind:class="[ 'container', { 'change': active } ]" @click="myFunction">
        <div class="bar1"></div>
        <div class="bar2"></div>
        <div class="bar3"></div>
      </div>
    `,
  data() {
    return {
      active: false
    }
  }
  methods: {
    myFunction(x) {
      this.active = !this.active;

      // do your other logic here if need be
    }
  }
})

const app = new Vue({
  el: '#app',
  data() {
    return {
      products: [],
      showMobileMenu: false,
      productHeadline: 'Product Flow Tool'
    }
  },
  computed: {
    totalProducts() {
      return this.products.reduce((sum, product) => {
        return sum + product.quantity
      }, 0)
    }
  },
  created() {
    fetch('https://www.fennefoss.dk/sample.json')
    //fetch('./sample.json')
    .then(response => response.json())
    .then(json => {
      this.products = json.products
    })
  }
})
<div id="app">
  <navigation></navigation>
</div>

help you fix your problem This is what I am using for this project. Feel free to suggest improvements, or, submit better solutions.

wish help you to fix your issue After some few hours of powering over the core django files there appears to be a circular import which is actually a bug inside the Django framework that is fixed for 1.6: here's the ticket <code.djangoproject.com/ticket/20704>; Moving my routers.py containing my custom router which was in my project directory to a different module (I used the app module which doesn't have any init.py file) made everything run correctly again. Hope this saves some one some headaches.
Change path of template file in ember router

Change path of template file in ember router

it fixes the issue You will need to reset the namespace this.route('sub-item', { path: '/sub-item', resetNamespace: true }); and move the item3/sub-item.hbs to sub-item/index.hbs.
And your link to path becomes {{link-to 'Sub Item' 'sub-item.index'}} sub-item if you want to preserve the active class that ember automatically adds to links.

will be helpful for those in need Your Javascript is probably within literal tag, so what you need to do is:
code :
{literal}
<script>
....
var tpl = '{/literal}{include file="myscript.tpl"}{literal}'; /* it will be a string */
....
</script>
{/literal}

Importing same .less file in every angular component template?

should help you out Rembember that mixins and variables only exist on css processor level (in your case on the less level). They are then processed to css. Having this it means anything that needs to be resolved during compile time it needs to be imported on every file that needs to use it. The final stylesheet is only built and composed during the processing of all the css processor files. When you have them in partials they have no idea of what’s already declared or not.
Regarding the duplicate styles I’m afraid that’s one of the drawbacks of having style encapsulation. Which also means you need to be careful to what you import inside each component stylesheet. Every instance of the component will have the exact same imports and styles. It can escalate really bad if for instance you import bootstrap inside a widely used component. Ideally the components stylesheets should only have small very specific amounts of styles.
