I wish this helpful for you Use the fully qualified class name java.io.FileReader since you have a class already called FileReader when calling a BufferedReader, like so:
code :
BufferedReader reader = new BufferedReader(new java.io.FileReader(inFile));
FileReader relative path

it should still fix some issue I have a library, ShaderUtils, that I use in my games. Now, when I go to export my games with this library, it doesn't work correctly because the ShaderUtils try to load my shaders through a relative path. How can I fix this? I want it to load it like this:
code :
new BufferedReader(
    new InputStreamReader(

To fix the issue you can do Yes, that's what would happen.
You could pass the path to the file as an argument to the Java process. Then it is part of the arguments passed to
code :
public static void main(String[] args)

With these it helps Working directory
Your path is wrong, thus the reader can not find the file. Whereever you think your current working directory should be, that is not where it is.
code :
List<String> lines = Files.readAllLines(Paths.get("myFile.txt"));

I think the issue was by ths following , When you execute your program, Java resolve relative path (which QNA.txt is) by the using the current working directory ($PWD in bash).
You need to change the working directory to that of the folder in which you Java file is contained You may also use Class::getResourceAsStream which may return null if the resource is not found.
code :
InputStream is = YourClass.class.getResourceAsStream("QNA.txt");
if (null != is) {
  try (InputStreamReader isr = new InputStreamReader(is, StandardCharsets.UTF_8);
       BufferedReader reader = new BufferedReader(isr)) {
