wish help you to fix your issue I don't see anything wrong, this syntax seems valid to me in Typescript. But you seem to be using that as javascript: change your file extension from js to ts and the message should disappear.

To fix the issue you can do You have error because there is no loader or transformer which can transform your fonts file. for that first you have to install file-loader
npm install --save-dev file-loader
code :
{
        test: /\.(svg|eot|ttf|woff|woff2)$/,
        use:'file-loader'

}
// Karma configuration file, see link for more information
// https://karma-runner.github.io/0.13/config/configuration-file.html
module.exports = function (config) {
  config.set({
     basePath: '',
     frameworks: ['jasmine'],
     plugins: [
        require('karma-jasmine'),
        require("karma-webpack"),
        require('karma-chrome-launcher'),
        require('karma-sourcemap-loader'),
        require('karma-jasmine-html-reporter'),
        require('karma-coverage-istanbul-reporter'),
        require('@angular/cli/plugins/karma'),
         'karma-*'
       ],
      client: {
       clearContext: false // leave Jasmine Spec Runner output visible in browser
      },

This might help you I am using webpack for the first time and want to use some css with my react/redux application. I followed a guide, but still seem to be having problems. I am getting the above error as you can see. , Add .css to your resolve
code :
resolve: {
  extensions: ['.js','.jsx', '.css']
},

will help you It appears you are using SASS inside of a .css file (@import url(foo) is not valid CSS, it is SASS, thus Webpack does not know to handle this line). Since you are trying to compile a SASS file, you need to configure your Webpack build to handle this type of file. You should install the sass-loader plugin and add configuration for it.
See the plugin README https://github.com/webpack-contrib/sass-loader

hop of those help? My problem is , I solves this problem! changing next.config.js!
code :
const withSass = require('@zeit/next-sass');
const withCSS = require("@zeit/next-css");
module.exports = withCSS(withSass({
    webpack(config, options) {
        config.module.rules.push({
            test: /\.(png|jpg|gif|svg|eot|ttf|woff|woff2)$/,
            use: {
                loader: 'url-loader',
                options: {
                    limit: 100000
                }
            }
        });

        return config;
    }
}));
