this will help You can't do this - Dialogflow needs a public HTTPS server to access.
Fortunately, you can use a tool such as ngrok, which will create a tunnel between your machine and a public host name/address. You run ngrok on your localhost and tell it what local port your server is on. It will display a hostname that you can plug into Dialogflow. As long as you keep ngrok running locally, you'll have that address.

wish help you to fix your issue The StringContent itself has an overload to set the content type:
code :
var response = http.PostAsync(yourUrl,
                              new StringContent("your json string",
                                                 Encoding.UTF8, "application/json"))
                   .Result.Content.ReadAsStringAsync().Result;
/// <summary>Creates a new instance of the <see cref="T:System.Net.Http.StringContent" /> class.</summary>
/// <param name="content">The content used to initialize the <see cref="T:System.Net.Http.StringContent" />.</param>
[__DynamicallyInvokable]
public StringContent(string content)
  : this(content, (Encoding) null, (string) null)
{
}

/// <summary>Creates a new instance of the <see cref="T:System.Net.Http.StringContent" /> class.</summary>
/// <param name="content">The content used to initialize the <see cref="T:System.Net.Http.StringContent" />.</param>
/// <param name="encoding">The encoding to use for the content.</param>
/// <param name="mediaType">The media type to use for the content.</param>
[__DynamicallyInvokable]
public StringContent(string content, Encoding encoding, string mediaType)
  : base(StringContent.GetContentByteArray(content, encoding))
{
  this.Headers.ContentType = new MediaTypeHeaderValue(mediaType == null ? "text/plain" : mediaType)
  {
    CharSet = encoding == null ? HttpContent.DefaultStringEncoding.WebName : encoding.WebName
  };
}
//since utf-8 is the default.
http.DefaultRequestHeaders.Add("ContentType", "application/json");

should help you out The post you reference that points to another StackOverflow answer that discusses the approach. It basically says that you need to combine two things to do what you want:
You use Google Sign In on a web page to let the user authorize you to access the calendar on their behalf. You probably should use the hybrid flow so the access/refresh tokens are only handled on the server side - not in your web client. Your server will store the access/refresh tokens in some way so you can use them as part of your Action later. You will use Google Sign In for Assistant to authenticate the user when they connect through the Assistant and determine if they have already authorized you to access their calendar. If they have, you'll be able to get their access/refresh tokens out of your store and access their calendar.

  --header 'content-type: application/json' \
  --data '{
  "message": "Hello"
}'
[
    {
        "recipient_id": "default",
        "text": "an answer from the bot."
    }
