should help you out use the below code to fix it instead of print >>fout,"text" (this is supported only in python 2.x).
code :
fileOb=open("myoutput.txt","w")
print("text you want to print",file=fileOb)
unsupported operand type(s) for >>: 'builtin_function_or_method' and '_io.TextIOWrapper'

unsupported operand type(s) for >>: 'builtin_function_or_method' and '_io.TextIOWrapper'

I wish this helpful for you A belated answer looking for questions where folks have hit this specific error message: it indicates that you're attempting to use Python 2 style stream redirection either in Python 3, or while from __future__ import print_function is in effect in Python 2.x.
Instead of writing print >> sys.stderr, expression, it's instead necessary to write print(expression, file=sys.stderr).

hope this fix your issue input() in Python 3 is equivalent to raw_input() in Python 2. Thus, PRICE and MONEY are strings, not integers as you are expecting.
To fix this, change them to integers:
