I wish this help you if you see the signature of method sortBy, you will see it needs 2 parameters Ordering and ClassTag. you need to send the class tag of your Tuple
code :
  def sortBy[K](
      f: (T) => K,
      ascending: Boolean = true,
      numPartitions: Int = this.partitions.length)
      (implicit ord: Ordering[K], ctag: ClassTag[K]): RDD[T] = withScope {
    this.keyBy[K](f)
        .sortByKey(ascending, numPartitions)
        .values
  }
ClassTag[(Int, String)]((Int, String).getClass)
.sortBy(x => (x._2, x._1))(Ordering.Tuple2(Ordering.Int,Ordering.String.reverse), ClassTag[(Int, String)]((Int, String).getClass))

wish of those help In most cases, I would never rescue from or raiseRuntimeError. That could be something completely unrelated to your code. It's best to use a custom exception.
Generally, you can call errors whatever you want as long as you namespace them within your library's constant. For example, if someone gets their username wrong you could have YourApp::InvalidUsername as an exception object which would be defined like this:
code :
module YourApp
  class InvalidUsername < StandardError
    def message
      super("Yo dawg, you got your username wrong all up in here")
    end
  end
Parse single switch only, raise ignore the rest or raise an error message

wish of those help You're not doing anything wrong. You need to use getopts(), so that you'll get all specified options, and then throw an error if there's more than one present:
code :
getopts('abcd', \%opts) or usage();
usage() if scalar keys %opts != 1;

it fixes the issue raise is used exclusively generating exceptions, and as such, expects an object that is inherited from the BaseException class.
Since `HTTPResponse' and 'is not derived from any sort of exception, it is an illegal operation and generates an error.

should help you out I think your problem is that your trigger code is selecting from EVENT. It doesn't need to do this because the rule applies only to the current event you're inserting or updating.
So:
code :
SELECT og_cancel INTO V_og_cancel
FROM Olympic_Game
WHERE Olympic_Game.og_id = :NEW.og_id;
IF (v_og_cancel = 'N')
insert into event(event_id,sport_id,og_id,event_title,event_team,no_per_team,event_gender)
values(event_seq.nextval,2,9,'Double','Y',2,'M');
ORA-20001: This Olympic Game is cancelled already

I hope this helps . They can either be output to the Postgres log, reported back to the client, or both. These are controlled by server-side settings, log_min_messages and client_min_messages.
