I hope this helps . I am trying to add a custom column to the auditing of an application. , Try this.
code :
import javax.persistence.Column;
import javax.persistence.Entity;
import javax.persistence.Table;

@Entity
@Table(name = "REVINFO")
@RevisionEntity(UserRevisionListener.class)
public class UserRevEntity extends DefaultRevisionEntity {
    @Column(name = "USERNAME")
    private String username;

    @Column(name = "REV")
    private Integer id;

    @Column(name = "REVTSTMP")
    private BigInteger timestamp;

    // Make getter and setters

    public String getUsername() { return username; }

    public void setUsername(String username) { this.username = username; }
}

Hibernate Envers: Initializing Envers Proxies

Hibernate Envers: Initializing Envers Proxies

help you fix your problem Apparently, this is an open issue with Hibernate Envers. There is already an existing issue in their JIRA: https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-3552. Feel free to vote on it, maybe it will speed things up, when they see that there are some people wanting this to be fixed ;)
Until the Envers team fixes this issue, there is a work around which works for me: Calling size() on the collections initializes the proxy objects.

This might help you Envers heavily relies on properly configured transaction management, if you use some kind of auto commit Envers wouldn't work. Make sure transaction management is properly configured in your case, see 10. Transaction Management and 13.3 Hibernate.

wish of those help I decompile org.hibernate.envers.boot.internal.EnversIntegrator class and find the solution.
code :
@Override
public void integrate(Metadata metadata, SessionFactoryImplementor sessionFactory, SessionFactoryServiceRegistry serviceRegistry) {

    EventListenerRegistry listenerRegistry = serviceRegistry.getService( EventListenerRegistry.class );
    listenerRegistry.addDuplicationStrategy( EnversListenerDuplicationStrategy.INSTANCE );

    EnversService enversService = serviceRegistry.getService(EnversService.class);
    if (!enversService.isInitialized()) {
        throw new HibernateException("Expecting EnversService to have been initialized prior to call to EnversIntegrator#integrate");
    }
    if(enversService.getEntitiesConfigurations().hasAuditedEntities()) {
        listenerRegistry.appendListeners( EventType.POST_UPDATE, new PostUpdateListenerLog( enversService ) );
        listenerRegistry.appendListeners( EventType.POST_INSERT, new PostInsertListenerLog( enversService ) );
        listenerRegistry.appendListeners( EventType.POST_DELETE, new PostDeleteListenerLog( enversService ) );
    }
}

To fix the issue you can do I port from hibernate Envers 3.6 to Envers 4.0. This new version doesn't have AuditEventListener. Old version requires: listeners , In version 4.0 :
