hope this fix your issue This is a very difficult thing to achieve, apparently. The browser (IE9 in my case) is expecting the value of the onclick attribute (when set from a script) to be a function reference rather than a string. We can prove this by converting your code into the equivalent JavaScript as shown below.
code :
<script language="javascript">
    function yawn()
    {
        window.alert("hi!");
    }
    function createNew()
    {
        b = window.document.createElement('button');
        b.value = "button 3";
        b.onclick = "yawn()";
        window.alert("Button: " + b.outerHTML);
        window.document.body.appendChild(b);
    }
    function enable()
    {
        window.document.getElementById("action").removeAttribute("disabled");
    }
 </script>
function createNew()
{
    // ...
    b.onclick = function() { yawn(); };
    // ...
}
sub yawn
{
    $window->alert("hi!");
}
sub createNew
{
    $b = $window->document->createElement('button');
    $b->{value} = "button 3";
    $b->{onclick} = sub { $window->yawn(); };
    $window->alert("Button: " . $b->{outerHTML});
    $window->document->body->appendChild($b);
}
sub enable
{
    $window->document->getElementById("action")->removeAttribute("disabled");
}
<html>
    <head>
        <title>perlscript baby!</title>
    </head>
    <script language="perlscript">
        sub yawn
        {
            $window->alert("hi!");
        }
        sub createNew
        {
            $window->document->getElementById('button3')->style->{display} = "inline";
        }
        sub enable
        {
            $window->document->getElementById("action")->removeAttribute('disabled');
        }
    </script>
    <body>

        <input id='enabler' type='button' value='button 1'
            onclick='javascript:enable();' />

        <input id='action' type='button' value='button 2' disabled
            onclick='javascript:createNew();' />

        <input id='button3' type='button' value='button 3' style='display:none;'
            onclick='javascript:yawn();'/>

    </body>
</html>

this will help Ti.App.Properties :
The App Properties module is used for storing application-related data in property/value pairs that persist beyond application sessions and device power cycles.
code :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<ti:app xmlns:ti="http://ti.appcelerator.org">
    <property name="foo" type="string">42</property>
</ti:app>

I hope this helps you . It is a little known fact, that providing an ID on an element tag, will create a corresponding GLOBAL javascript variable of the same name.

wish of those help Assuming that you have @types/chai-http installed, import chaiHttp = require('chai-http') is a special syntax recognized by TypeScript to import a CommonJS module that uses an export assignment. As an import, it causes TypeScript to load the chai-http type declarations, which include an augmentation that makes chai.request work. In const chaiHttp = require('chai-http'), require('chai-http') is treated as an ordinary function call that does not cause TypeScript to load the chai-http type declarations.
