Reading log data records from a BLE device

it should still fix some issue This is a good way and it would work, but if you will always read all the records, then it is inefficient to be doing multiple writes from the central (in a loop). Instead, you can just do a one time write from the central, then the code on the peripheral would go in a loop and send all the data to the central. In this scenario, your solution would have the following on the GATT server:-
A custom characteristic that is notifiable.

I hope this helps you . Your approach seems sound, but readLine() is very particular about what constitutes a line of text. You might look at the raw stream:
code :
cat /dev/ap | hexdump -C
BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(new FileReader("/dev/zero"));
for (int i = 0; i < 10; i++) {
    System.out.print(in.read() + " ");
}
System.out.println();
in.close();

I think the issue was by ths following , The data is not actually lost in BB10 but it appears so ,the reason behind the mentioned statement is the dissimilar packet size on receiver and sender side, BB10 usb works on packet size of 16kb(this is purely practical), while most of the sender transfer msg in packet size of 512b,change the sender packet size to 16kb and you no longer will be facing data loss.

it fixes the issue I made it work! I needed to access web bluetooth's characteristic level. After that I could use the promise of my connect function to chain the .then to my read function.
thanks for the help.
code :
function readFromPcb() {
    prom.then(_ => {
        console.log('getting data...');
        gattChar.readValue();
    })
        .catch(error => {
            console.log('error: ' + error + ' ' + DOMException.name);
        });
}
