will be helpful for those in need Normally I prefer to not show buttons that people can't use, so since you are using asp.net on the back end, you can hide the button when the page is created after checking the user's permissions, i.e:
code :
  btnOne.Visible = UserIsAdministrator; //you need to define thisvariable based on your own rules.

I wish this help you Found the answer.
It's just how VS debugger works: for every exception caught by a {{catch}} block, a "first chance exception" message appears in the VS output. So here, we can guess that, internally, the {{OpenFile}} method uses a try/catch block to check if the file exists.

it should still fix some issue Fixed it. The issue was that the permissions were incorrectly stored in my database.
It should be like:
code :
{"controller.action": true, "controller.actionTwo": true}
{"controller.action: true", "controller.actionTwo: true"}
