this one helps. You can change this array into a private variable.
Then add a static method that returns a copy of this array, or an immutable List backed by this array.
code :
private static final String [] COLUMN_NAMES = new String[]{"date","customerNumber","customerName",

protected static List<String> getColumnNames() {
    return Collections.unmodifiableList(Arrays.asList(COLUMN_NAMES));
protected static List<String> COLUMN_NAMES = Collections.unmodifiableList(Arrays.asList("date","customerNumber","customerName",

may help you . There is no such setting available, but an alternative might be to move all of them to the bottom...
There is also the coffee-bytes code folding plugin from Yoxos marketplace, maybe this will do the trick.

hope this fix your issue I'm an amateur to this thing, tryin' to code an app and I found conflictin' parts on my code. I don't have a clean code just makin' things work, I tried it out like this: , Assuming that you want the function body for this to function:
code :
public static save() {
    this.nativeStorage.setItem('NoTaleDB', JSON.stringify(GlobalVariables.novelList)).then(() => {}, () => {})
public save() {
        this.nativeStorage.setItem('NoTaleDB', JSON.stringify(GlobalVariables.novelList)).then(() => {}, () => {})
new StoargeService(pass in the stuff it needs).save(); // Works now
