help you fix your problem Why do you want to do the while loop based on an Iterator? Would it not be more logical to base it on just the date check you do during the iteration?
code :
  public static List<Date> getBookingDatesInRange(Date startDate, Date endDate, boolean isDaily, boolean isWeekly) {

  List<Date> dates = new ArrayList<>();
  Date newDate = startDate;
  while(newDate.before(endDate) || newDate.equals(endDate)) {

    if(isDaily) {
       newDate = Date.valueOf(newDate.toLocalDate().plusDays(1));
    } else if(isWeekly) {
         newDate = Date.valueOf(newDate.toLocalDate().plusWeeks(1));
    } else {
      newDate = Date.valueOf(newDate.toLocalDate().plusMonths(1));
  return dates;

around this issue The data will be lost, unfortunately. Think of it as if the NDEF message with the AAR will have been delivered to the Play Store app. (The Play Store app will not be able to deliver it to your newly installed app.) The only solution is to Beam again.

Java Concurrent Iteration: Divide and Conquer vs Runnable for each item

it should still fix some issue With batches you will always have to wait for the longest running batch (you are as fast as the slowest batch). "Divide and conquer" implies management overhead: doing administration for the dividing and monitoring the conquering.
Creating a task for each item is relative straightforward (no management), but you are right in that it may start hundreds of threads (unlikely, but it could happen) which will only slow things down (context switching) if the task does no/very few I/O and is mostly CPU intensive.

I think the issue was by ths following , Probably easier like this always adding runtime but updating it for each 10:
code :
$time = '00:00:00';
foreach($agent_arr as $key => $value) {
    if($key % 10 === 0) {
        $temp = strtotime("+$k minutes", strtotime($time));
        $runTime = date('H:i', $temp);
    $agent_arr[$key]['runtime'] = $runTime;

fixed the issue. Will look into that further That class ObservableList has a nice method addAll().
It works very much like "ordinary" java (non fx) collections.
code :
if (dataForTableView == null) {
  dataForTableView = FXCollections.observableArrayList(...
} else {
