Does that help All of you want already implemented in the .NET. RichTextBox has public event TextChanged which is inherited by your class and you can subscribe to this event in your form.
code :
public class MyForm
    private MyTextBox _textBox;

    public MyForm()
        _textBox = new MyTextBox();
        _textBox.TextChanged += (s, e) => {...};

will be helpful for those in need Use TextChangeListener in a TextView and restart loader on text change as below:
code :
textView.addTextChangedListener(new TextWatcher() {
    public void beforeTextChanged(CharSequence s, int start, int count, int after) {

    public void onTextChanged(CharSequence s, int start, int before, int count) {
        //set the charSequense s to some variable that the cursor loader have access to.
        // then restart the loader.

    public void afterTextChanged(Editable s) {
