To fix the issue you can do All containers have their own coordinate context, this means that 0x0 is the top/left corner of the container itself, irrelevant of where it's placed in its parent container.
code :
import java.awt.Dimension;
import java.awt.EventQueue;
import java.awt.GridBagLayout;
import javax.swing.JFrame;
import javax.swing.JPanel;
import javax.swing.JLabel;

public class Test {

  public static void main(String[] args) {
    new Test();
  }

  public Test() {
    EventQueue.invokeLater(new Runnable() {
      @Override
      public void run() {
        JFrame frame = new JFrame();
        frame.add(new TestPane());
        frame.pack();
        frame.setLocationRelativeTo(null);
        frame.setVisible(true);
      }
    });
  }

  public class TestPane extends JPanel {

    public TestPane() {
      setLayout(new GridBagLayout());
      add(new JLabel("I'm in the middle"));
    }

    @Override
    public Dimension getPreferredSize() {
      return new Dimension(800, 600);
    }

  }

}
public TestPane() {
  setLayout(new GridBagLayout());
  GridBagConstraints gbc = new GridBagConstraints();
  gbc.weighty = 1;
  gbc.anchor = GridBagConstraints.NORTH;
  add(new JLabel("I'm in the middle"), gbc );
}
public TestPane() {
  setLayout(new BorderLayout());
  JLabel label = new JLabel("I'm in the middle");
  label.setHorizontalAlignment(JLabel.CENTER);
  add(label, BorderLayout.NORTH);
}

should help you out How about setting the registry key to call your application with an /AUTOSTART commandline parameter. Then you can test for this and know that you've got the registry start, not the manual start.

like below fixes the issue You may have another Timer named timero that shadows the one on which you call .start(). For reference, this example shows how to start and stop a timer, and this example shows how to expose a start() method that forwards to an enclosed timer. The latter is useful to avoid starting the timer prematurely, before the constructor concludes.

may help you . How to identify the source of the bug:
Download and run “Process Monitor”. Add filters: Image path contains "svchost" then Include. Result contains "access". Try to start the firewall - it will show you cause - the access error on the registry key (e.g. "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\SharedAccess").

Why windows service not start automatic after windows start

Why windows service not start automatic after windows start

wish of those help This happens most often when a resource needed by your service is not available when Windows tries to start it. Please review what your service needs to operate and ensure that you setup a dependency for each resource required. For example, if your service uses the network, try making it dependent on the "Workstation" service (named "LanmanWorkstation").
If you are in the post-Vista world, you can also set the startup type to "Automatic Delayed" to have Windows delay the starting of your service by about a minute. This is usually enough time for all the important/core services to establish themselves.
