I think the issue was by ths following , Yes it's possible.
Accelerated Networking (or Dynamic Network Acceleration) is essentially a CDN without the caching. It can be pointed at any web service, and it will provide the benefits of the Azure Network for all requests, not just requests suitable for caching.

it helps some times At this moment, there's no alternative considering the PaaS model. It's possible to use App Service, but the limitations would be a downer.
Cloud Services are far from being deprecated and the support is available on the new portal, so it's safe to assume you won't have any problems using it in the medium term.

wish of those help For Accelerated Networking in Azure, it just supports the size series D/DSv2 and F/Fs, D/DSv3, E/ESv3, Fsv2, and Ms/Mms. And there also another limitation with some of them.
For size series D/DSv2 and F/Fs, it supports the instances with 2 or more vCPUs. For size series D/DSv3, E/ESv3, Fsv2, and Ms/Mms, it just supports the instances with 4 or more vCPUs, not all the size.

I hope this helps . To create Azure VMSS with Accelerated Networking, you need to set enableAcceleratedNetworking to true in your scale set's networkInterfaceConfigurations settings:
code :
"networkProfile": {
    "networkInterfaceConfigurations": [
    {
      "name": "niconfig1",
      "properties": {
        "primary": true,
        "enableAcceleratedNetworking" : true,
        "ipConfigurations": [
          ...
        ]
      }
    }
   ]
}
Azure classic cloud service configuration local vs cloud

it should still fix some issue Problem #1: I have a classic cloud service running a single web site role. I would like to differentiate between the way it is debugged locally versus how it is deployed to the cloud. Specifically I would like the local site to run on HTTP and the cloud service to run on HTTPS. The main reason for this is that we don't want to have to install the same cert on all the developers' machines. However, the endpoints are defined in the common "ServiceDefinition.csdef", NOT in the two "ServiceConfiguration.cscfg" files ("local" and "cloud"). So, how do I set up different endpoints for local versus cloud? , Partial answer to your questions:
code :
<rewrite>
  <rules>
    <rule name="HTTP/S to HTTPS Redirect" enabled="true" stopProcessing="true">
      <match url="(.*)" />
      <conditions>
        <add input="{HTTPS}" pattern="^OFF$" />
      </conditions>
      <action type="Redirect" url="https://{SERVER_NAME}/{R:1}" redirectType="Permanent" />
    </rule>
  </rules>
</rewrite>
