will be helpful for those in need As an alternative to XML-RPC you can use the integrated WebDAV plugin.
Write a script that creates a directory in the selected space. The directory name will be the page name. After creating the directory a text-file with the same name (with .txt extension) will be created in the directory which holds the content of the page let your script edit this file in insert the content of your text-file.

should help you out If anyone is interested, I ended up in finding an alternative (and probably better solution in the long run)
I'm using confluence's REST API to add the markdown macro to the page. I wasnt able to find any doc on JSON needed to add it, but luckily, its quite a simple macro, so it wasn't too difficult to discover the required fields. This is the minimum required.
code :
<ac:structured-macro ac:name=\"markdown\">
    <ac:plain-text-body>This is my code</ac:plain-text-body>
</ac:structured-macro>
https://<confluence_url>:443/rest/api/content/12944217

{
    "id": "12944217",
    "type": "page",
    "status": "current",
    "title": "Release Notes From Jenkins",
    "space": {
        "key": "THEKEY",
        "metadata": {}
    },
        "version": {
        "number": 51,
        "minorEdit": false,
        "hidden": false
    },
    "ancestors": [],
    "operations": [],
    "body": {
        "storage": {
            "value":"
</ac:structured-macro>

<ac:structured-macro ac:name=\"markdown\"><ac:plain-text-body>jenkins-marker:Release_Notes_Generator_Confluence</ac:plain-text-body></ac:structured-macro>
",
        "representation": "storage"
        }
},
"metadata": {}

this one helps. Found it!
The API need no further configuration. It is available on the same port as the UI. So, in the case of the default configuration of the atlassian/confluence-server, the API is available under:

Any of those help Seems to me that you want to do something impossible. As I understand it, there are the following options for using JIRA content inside Confluence:
Use the authenticated user of Confluence in JIRA. Use an anonymous user for public issues in JIRA. Use a pre-determined user (not recommended): This will show in public the user name and password in Confluence.
