this one helps. I gave this a try, and I think I found a solution.
Instead of creating that empty row in the TableModel, I fake it in the JTable, and only create it when the user actually enters some data.
code :

will be helpful for those in need According to your scenerio, I think when you first call this method(), you probably use a counter to fill the table according to the row count. Next time the counter already has value = 12, then it increments starting from 13.
I think you need to set counter = 0 at the end of this method.

around this issue XML::LibXML::Simple does not appear to have an option to enable this behavior.
XML::Simple does, though; set SuppressEmpty to an empty string to parse empty nodes as strings instead of containers:
code :
# perl -MXML::Simple -MData::Dumper \
  -E '$h=XMLin("<some><bubu></bubu></some>", SuppressEmpty => ""); say Dumper $h'

$VAR1 = {
      'bubu' => ''
    };

Does that help I am selecting records from the database and its showing some empty records in the JTable Along with the records I am not been able to filter records with table . , as the code seems about right try changing your code to this:
code :
ArrayList<User> uList=getUsers();
DefaultTableModel model=(DefaultTableModel)jTable1.getModel();
for(int i=0;i<uList.size();i++){
    Object[] row=new Object[4];

    row[0]=uList.get(i).getId();
    row[1]=uList.get(i).getFname();
    row[2]=uList.get(i).getLname();
    row[3]=uList.get(i).Age();
      model.addRow(row);
}
for (int i = table.getRowCount() - 1; i >= 0; i--) {
    model.removeRow(i);
}

it fixes the issue You need to use two loops, to loop throw all your cells, row by row like this :
code :
//get rows and columns of your JTable
int nRow = yourtable.getRowCount(), nCol = yourtable.getColumnCount();

//Loop row by row
for (int i = 0; i < nRow; i++) {
    //each row loop its columns
    for (int j = 0; j < nCol; j++) {
        //check if your value is not empty or null then change to 0
        if (yourtable.getValueAt(i, j).equals("") || yourtable.getValueAt(i, j) == null) {
            yourtable.setValueAt(0, i, j);
        }
    }
}

Hope this helps In empty textfield !lblUser.getText().trim().equals("") how about in empty jtable? because i confuse how to trap the empty jtable , You could see if it has any rows of data:
code :
if (jTable.getRowCount == 0) {
    // the JTable jTable is empty
}
public boolean isTableEmpty(JTable jTable) {
    TableModel tableModel = jTable.getModel();

    // if model has no rows -- table is empty
    if (tableModel.getRowCount == 0) {
        return true;
    }

    // if model has rows, check each cell for non-null data
    for (int i = 0; i < tableModel.getRowCount(); i++) {
        for(int j = 0; j < tableModel.getColumnCount(); j++) {
            if (tableModel.getValueAt(i, j) != null) {
                // if any cell has data, then the table is not empty
                return false;
            }
        }
    }

    // all cells hold null values
    return true;
}
