I wish did fix the issue. I think it all depends on how much a firm is comfortable outsourcing. There are a lot of common IP work pieces to outsource. Here are some, along with the risks to IP:
Development: Contract programmers may know a lot about your IP Hosting: Your Web host has all of your code Accounting: Accountants know all the details about your financials Legal: Attorneys know all the details about acquisitions, pre-filed patents, etc. Manufacturing: Contract manufacturers have all the IP related to producing your product Email: Outsourced email gives your host a single database with all your communications Telephony: Your telephone company could snoop on your lines

This might help you It is not possible in general (in particular because there is no general way to serialize arbitrary C data (or C++ data), like e.g. some FILE* handle or some void* pointer -e.g. obtained by dlopen(3) ..., or some C++11 instance of std::thread).
In general it is not possible: a shared memory is not the same as a collection of agents with message passing.
code :
// return a heap-allocated string to be free-d by caller
char* make_name(int x) {
   char buf[24];
   snprintf(buf, sizeof(buf), "NAME_%d", x);
   return strdup(buf);
}

Does that help According to this blog, Flyway ignores out-of-order migrations (i.e. it only migrates files past the most recent version that has migrated). however, the flyway.outOfOrder property may be set to true to enable a work around for this ordering problem.
code :
flyway.outOfOrder=true

fixed the issue. Will look into that further A lot of metadata is included with each library crate, be it statically linked (.rlib) or dynamically linked (.so/.dylib/.dll):
module structure exported macro_rules macros type and trait definitions constants with their initializer expressions signatures for all functions the entire body of each function that is marked as #[inline] or is generic (default trait methods are considered generic over Self)

around this issue Unfortunately, not all tensorflow code (especially the part related to distributed computation) is open source. To quote Aurélien Géron from Hands-On Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn and TensorFlow:
