I wish did fix the issue. I have a program written in Java which involves massive amount of multidimensional array. I am trying to parallelize it using JOCL (OpenCL), but multidimensional array has to be converted to single dimensional array before being passed to OpenCL. , Here is what I do in C++ when I have multidimensional arrays :
code :
for (int i = 0 ; i < n ; i++) {
    queue.enqueueWriteBuffer(buffer, CL_FALSE, i*m*sizeof(int), m*sizeof(int), data[i]);
}

    array_map(
        function($value)  {
            return substr($value['option_name'], 7);
        },
        $the_original_array
    ),
    array_map(
        function($value)  {
            return $value['option_value'];
        },
        $the_original_array

will help you Rather than fight the framework, here's a 1-liner that converts an array of CSV to a 2D array:
code :
String[][] arrayCompra = Arrays.stream(request.getParameterValues("arraycompra[]"))
    .map(s -> s.split(","))
    .toArray(String[][]::new);

To fix this issue Array 1: , You can try the following code:
code :
$merged_array = array();

for ($count1 = 0; $count1 < count ($array1); $count1++) {
    for ($count2 = 0; $count2 < count ($array1); $count2++) {
        if ($array1[$count1]['status_id'] == $array2[$count2]['key']) {
            $merged_array[] = array_merge($array1[$count], $array2[$count2]);
        }
    }
}
