Analogs of Intel's Cluster OpenMP

it helps some times The keyword you want to be searching for is "distributed shared memory"; there's a Wikipedia page on the subject. MOSIX, which became openMOSIX, which is now being developed as part of LinuxPMI, is the closest thing I'm aware of; but I don't have much experience with the current LinuxPMI project.
One thing you need to be aware of is that none of these systems work especially well, performance-wise. (Maybe a more optimistic way of saying it is that it's a tribute to the developers that these things work at all). You can't just abstract away the fact that accessing on-node memory is very very different from memory on some other node over a network. Even making local memory systems fast is difficult and requires a lot of hardware; you can't just hope that a little bit of software will hide the fact that you're now doing things over a network.

OpenMP or MPI or OpenMPI for a distributed memory cluster?

I hope this helps you . Distributed memory kind of rules out OpenMP which is for shared-memory computing. MPI is a standard, and OpenMPI is an implementation of that standard (there are others such as MPICH or LAM-MPI). so

How to send an Android Push Message using Intels App-Framework?

I wish this helpful for you Ive found the Solution. I have forgott to type the IP 0.0.0.0/0 into the Google API Console. And i added the Google API Key and Projectnumber by the Push Category on Build Window.
Then i copy paste the code from http://docs.appmobi.com/index.php/push-messages/ into index_user_scripts.js (only number 2 and 3). Number 1 goes to index.html on the header section. Now it works fine, i can send messages from the Services Tab.

Running OpenMP on a single node of a cluster

To fix the issue you can do Looks to me that this question has nothing to do with programming but rather with using the batch system (a.k.a. distributed resource manager) on your cluster. The usual practice is to write a script instead and inside the script set OMP_NUM_THREADS to the number of slots granted. Your batch system appears to be LSF (a wild guess, based on the presence of bsub), then you'd mostly like to have something similar in the script (let's call it job.sh):

Running openmp on cluster

this will help Be careful, you are confusing MPI and OpenMP here.
OpenMP works with Threads, i.e. on shared memory which do not communicate over several nodes of a distributed memory system (there exist some techniques to do so, but they are not performant enough).

Using OpenMP on a cluster

seems to work fine OpenMP is a parallel programming model that runs on top of shared-memory systems only by the means of threads and cannot communicate with other nodes unless you use special communication calls (such as MPI, or system socket calls, or a PGAS programming model). The fact that your OpenMP application executes fine is normal because you can always create threads within a node.
