fixed the issue. Will look into that further This can work for Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, and IE 11+.
The below code is implemented using fullscreen API. It also toggle the fullscreen using user interaction. You can also detect the current status of fullscreen.
code :
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
  <title></title>
  <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">

function toggleFullScreen() {
  if (!document.fullscreenElement &&    // alternative standard method
      !document.mozFullScreenElement && !document.webkitFullscreenElement && !document.msFullscreenElement ) {  // current working methods
    if (document.documentElement.requestFullscreen) {
      document.documentElement.requestFullscreen();
    } else if (document.documentElement.msRequestFullscreen) {
      document.documentElement.msRequestFullscreen();
    } else if (document.documentElement.mozRequestFullScreen) {
      document.documentElement.mozRequestFullScreen();
    } else if (document.documentElement.webkitRequestFullscreen) {
      document.documentElement.webkitRequestFullscreen(Element.ALLOW_KEYBOARD_INPUT);
    }
  } else {
    if (document.exitFullscreen) {
      document.exitFullscreen();
    } else if (document.msExitFullscreen) {
      document.msExitFullscreen();
    } else if (document.mozCancelFullScreen) {
      document.mozCancelFullScreen();
    } else if (document.webkitExitFullscreen) {
      document.webkitExitFullscreen();
    }
  }
}

document.addEventListener("fullscreenchange", function () {
    fullscreenState.innerHTML = (document.fullscreen)? "on" : "not ";
}, false);

document.addEventListener("mozfullscreenchange", function () {
    fullscreenState.innerHTML = (document.mozFullScreen)? "on" : "not ";
}, false);

document.addEventListener("webkitfullscreenchange", function () {
    fullscreenState.innerHTML = (document.webkitIsFullScreen)? "on" : "not ";
}, false);

document.addEventListener("msfullscreenchange", function () {
    fullscreenState.innerHTML = (document.msFullscreenElement)? "on" : "not ";
}, false);
</script>
</head>
<body>
<a href="javascript:void(0);" onclick="toggleFullScreen();">
Open in Full Screen Window</a>
<p>Fullscreen state: I'm <b id="fullscreenState"> not </b> fullscreen</p>
</body>
</html>

To fix this issue That's not possible unfortunately. You can however extend your app's content to the title bar and then create your own back button.Take a look here.

Custom minimize button loses original minimize button animation

To fix this issue I would like to know if there is a way of keeping the Original Animation to keep my VB application as close to original as possible. , You could use the opacity to create an animation of sorts.
code :
Private Sub Minimize_Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Minimize.Click
    For disapper As Single = 1.0! To 0 Step -0.2!
        Me.Opacity = disapper
        'Me.Refresh()
        System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(50)
    Next
    Me.WindowState = System.Windows.Forms.FormWindowState.Minimized
    Me.Opacity = 1.0!
End Sub

How to remove minimize button and keep maximize and close button in JFrame

I wish this help you I don't think removing the minimize button is a good thing. But may be you can use the setUndecorated() method to remove the title bar and window edges. And you'll have to add your own close and maximize buttons to perfom those action.
Here is an example :
