Hope that helps I've been wondering what the right shorthand name to call my Silverlight Applications is - it seems a bit cumbersome to use the full name, and not so communicative in relation to customers. , appSLet, SLapplet, SLApper

Using Silverlight 2 for short audio caching

I hope this helps . Also, it's probably a good idea to make sure that all of your audio samples are brought down to the client side initially. Depending on how you set it up, it's possible that the MediaElements are using their progressive download functionality to get the media files from the server. While there's nothing wrong with this per se (browser caching should be helping you out after the initial download), it does mean that you have to deal with the browser cache, and there are some potential issues there.
Possible steps to try:

To fix the issue you can do If netmajor.home.pl is under your control, you could simply move a copy of the SecretaryAppNavTestPage.aspx page to the root of your website and rename it to something simpler.
Then you could access it via http://netmajor.home.pl/SL.aspx or whatever you want to call it.

I wish this help you remove the existing reference to System.Web.ApplicationServices.dll and refer System.Web.ApplicationServices with version 4.0.0.0.. or higher
You can find it in a folder that might look like C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319

I hope this helps you . Test the service with the WCF Test Client and see if it works. In case there are no errors, make sure that the service is using basicHttpBinding (and not wsHttpBinding, as I see in a lot of services - it is not supported on WP7).
