To fix the issue you can do You should encapsulate the both classes in a containing class, and provide a relevant interface (such as setters/getters for private variables

How to prevent merge from falling back to normal merge strategy when a fast-forward merge is not possible?

With these it helps From the git-merge man page:

heapq.merge: after merge the result of merge, the original merge is empty

I hope this helps you . As the documentation (and the output on merge(a,b) in your example) indicates, the result of merge is an iterator. Iterators can only be consumed once, you can't reset or rewind them, and even if you could, your code doesn't do it. (Of course you can have several independent iterators for a given collection, at least if the collection supports it).
The first two merge calls return generators, the third call consumes those generators, and hence a and b are exhausted afterwards. (Actually, list(a) consumes a first, so in that snippet merge(a, b) will only see the items of b, but the idea is the same.) It doesn't mean to, and if you pass e.g. a list it won't be changed. But consuming an iterator means mutating it.

ng-class expression: merge condition and class name

I hope this helps you . I've got two solutions in my mind :
See them working in this plunker
code :
<div class="aclass {{A}}" ng-class="{'two': B, 'three': C}"></div>
<div class="aclass" ng-class="getClasses()"></div>
$scope.A = 'one';
$scope.B = true;
$scope.C = false;

$scope.getClasses = function(){
    var classes = "";
    classes += $scope.A;
    if($scope.B) classes += " two ";
    if($scope.C) classes += " three ";
    return classes;
<div class="aclass one two"></div>

Merge extended class with the base class

like below fixes the issue I have two classes, one called MemberModel and one called CustomPrincipal. The CustomPrincipal class inheritances the MemberModel class. , Finally I have fixed it using reflection on the right way.
code :
PropertyInfo[] props = typeof(MemberModel).GetProperties();
foreach (PropertyInfo prop in props)
    if (prop.Name != "Password")
        customPrincipal.GetType().GetProperty(prop.Name).SetValue(customPrincipal, serializeModel.GetType().GetProperty(prop.Name).GetValue(memberModel, null) as string);
