I hope this helps you . I'm using munin to monitor a postgresql database and I made a 1 time change that caused munin to get a bad sammple (queries per second many orders of magnitude out of the normal range) that is screwing up my graphs. Is there any way I can easily delete a single data point from the munin data? , Presuming you’re running Linux, it goes something like this:
code :

Munin Graph - How To Set Max Upper Limit For mysql slowqueries & munin stats?

I hope this helps you . I highly encourage playing with the scripts, even though you run the risk of them being overwritten by an update. Just back them up and replace them if you think it's needed. If you have built or improved things, don't forget to share them with us on github: https://github.com/munin-monitoring/munin
When you set --upper-limit to 100 and your value is 110, your graph will run to 110. If you add --rigid, your graph scale will stay at 100, and the line will be clipped, which is what you wanted in this case.
code :
echo 'graph_args --base 1000 -l 0 --upper-limit 100 --rigid'

I hope this helps you . As an example of my data frame, which I will call df1, I have GROUP1 with three rows of data, and GROUP2 with two rows of data. I have three variables, X1, X2, and X3: , You can use this data.table call:
code :
setDT(df1)[ , lapply(.SD,
  function(x) x[!is.na(x)][sample(sum(!is.na(x)), 1)]), by = GROUP]
setDT(df1)[,lapply(.SD, function(x)
  if(all(is.na(x))) NA_character_
    else as.character(na.omit(x))[sample(length(na.omit(x)), 1)]) , by = GROUP]
aggregate(df1[ , names(df1) != "GROUP"], by=list(df1$GROUP),
  function(ii) ifelse(length(na.omit(ii)) == 0,
    as.character(na.omit(ii))[sample(length(na.omit(ii)), 1)]))
    # Note use of as.character in case of factors
#  Group.1 X1   X2 X3
#1  GROUP1  A    T  T
#2  GROUP2  G <NA>  C
