Should we or should we not check in the classes folder in WEB-INF directory into SVN?

around this issue Subversion is best for managing changes to plain text files, such as source code. An svn diff won't help if you're doing it on, say, a JPG image or a compiled Java .class file.
You can use svn:ignore on anything that you always want to avoid checking into a subversion repository, such as WEB-INF/classes or WEB-INF/lib or your maven ./target directory.

Hope this helps What I would do is use the Directory property on the files that you find, and the -NotLike operator to do a simple match for the folders you don't want. I would also simplify the search by using a wildcard:
code :
$Dest = "C:\DigiHDBlah2"
$files = Get-ChildItem "$source\*\*.$filetype" | Where{$_.Directory -NotLike '*\New Folder' -and $_.Directory -NotLike '*\New Folder1'} | Sort LastWriteTime | Group Directory | ForEach{$_.Group[0]}
ForEach($file in $Files){
    $CompressedFilePath = $File.FullName + ".zip"
    $file | Compress-Archive -DestinationPath $CompressedFilePath
    Copy-Item $CompressedFilePath -Dest $Dest
$Excludes = @('New Folder','New Folder1')
$Dest = "C:\DigiHDBlah2"
$files = Get-ChildItem "$source\*\*.$filetype" | Where{$_.DirectoryName.Split('\')[-1] -NotIn $Excludes} | Sort LastWriteTime | Group Directory | ForEach{$_.Group[0]}
ForEach($file in $Files){
    $CompressedFilePath = $File.FullName + ".zip"
    $file | Compress-Archive -DestinationPath $CompressedFilePath
    Copy-Item $CompressedFilePath -Dest $Dest

help you fix your problem Ignore my question please. I found the reason why.
In Eclipse, under Project Props, Build Path option, we can manually set the output folder. For some reason it was automatically set as "..../bin/classes" instead of ".../bin/" where i was used to seeing the apk file.
