Help to decipher iPhone app code

it helps some times Can someone please help me decipher this code? It's executing when a user pushed a button to submit the data, or in this case, a "question" in the iPhone app. , Breaking it down makes it a bit easier.
code :
NSUserDefaults *p = [NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults];
NSString* string1 = [[p valueForKey:@"user"] stringByAddingPercentEscapesUsingEncoding:NSASCIIStringEncoding];
NSString* string2 = [[p valueForKey:@"pass"] stringByAddingPercentEscapesUsingEncoding:NSASCIIStringEncoding];
NSString* string3 = [[tvQ.text stringByReplacingOccurrencesOfString:@"\n" withString:@" "] stringByAddingPercentEscapesUsingEncoding:NSASCIIStringEncoding];
NSString* urlString = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"http://website.com/phpscript.php?user=%@&pass=%@&cat=%@&sub=%@&body=%@",string1,string2,sport,@"",string3];
id val1 = [NSString stringWithContentsOfURL:[NSURL URLWithString:urlString]];
[p setObject:val1 forKey:@"q"];
[myString replaceOccurrencesOfString:@"&" withString:@"%26" options:NSCaseInsensitiveSearch range:wholeString];

Decipher This Powershell Code With Me

fixed the issue. Will look into that further I think your main question is around $_%6. You should read it as $_ % 6, where $_ and 6 are your operands, and % in Powershell is a binary Mod operator from VB.NET world. It returns a remainder of integer division. So, for example 5 Mod 2 = 1.

How to decipher this Q/KDB code

To fix the issue you can do Looking at the code you've supplied, looks like there may be something missing - I'll run you through the expected form of what it looks like the code is doing:
code :
raze(listOfHandles)@\:({[x;y] funcUsingXandY};arg0;arg1)

where:
      listOfHandles - a list of handles to remote processes
      @\: - apply the right hand side to each item in the left hand side list
      ({[x;y] funcUsingXandY};arg0;arg1) - this sends a function definition (lambda) + args for the function, to be executed on each of the handles.
q) handle1:hopen 7070;
q) handle2:hopen 7071;
q) raze(handle1,handle2)@\:({[x;y] enlist(.z.p; x+y)}; 39;3)
    2014.08.23D14:11:15.452611000 42
    2014.08.23D14:11:15.452847000 42
q)plus:{[x;y] x+y}
q)plus . (4;5)

Code decipher using do-while loops

By : Aviv Maman

With these it helps
Your second do-while-loop (which should probably be a for-loop instead) is using numInputs < 10 as its conditional. Since numInputs is already 10 because of the first do-while-loop, your second do-while-loop will only go through once. You don't use charNumber anywhere else, and it makes more sense to use here for the condition. Also, it would have to be set to 0 to start with, because String's indices start at 0.

Bizarre C++ code, trying to decipher

Hope this helps You didn't specify the types, so I'm going to assume that these are all builtin C++ types, specifically arithmetic types (either integer type or a floating point type). If it is a user defined type, I can't guarantee that anything I say below still applies.
T& lhs.operator=(T& rhs) is the copy assignment operator (it could also be a move assignment, but not in this case). The (canonical) copy assignment operator takes a reference to the rhs as a parameter, copies the data into the lhs, and returns a reference to lfs.
code :
Out[i] = (Sum += Tap[TapPtr++] = Inp[i]);
{
  auto tempTapPtr=TapPtr;
  ++TapPtr;
  Tap[tempTapPtr]=Inp[i];
  Sum+=Tap[tempTapPtr];
}
Out[i]=Sum;
