I hope this helps you . Don't just use the embed code. Write a bit of Javascript that will draw a map for you and pass it the address.
Loads of examples here: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/examples/index.html

To fix this issue No, but if your website is openly accessible, you can get the API key for free. Note that this includes having different levels of access for different people.
Exception: You can embed all you want on localhost, to facilitate development.

This might help you You should read Google's developer manual on Geocoding. It explains how to convert an address to a geolocation. I recommend you try looking at the Dev manual/API/Google before posting here.

seems to work fine First off, I don't know much about Google maps or Javascript and most of what I have so far is copied and pasted and stuck together from various tutorials (although I do understand what does what). ,
create a global accessible array:
code :
markers=[];
  var marker = new google.maps.Marker({
    position: new google.maps.LatLng(data[i][3], data[i][2]),
    map: map,
    value:data[i][4],
    visible:slidervalue >= data[i][4]
  });
  markers.push(marker);
function updateSlider(slideAmount) {
  for(var i=0;i<markers.length;++i){
     markers[i].setVisible(slideAmount>=markers[i].get('value'));
  }
  slidervalue = slideAmount;
  document.getElementById("slidervalue").innerHTML = slidervalue;
}

I wish this helpful for you You cannot do this with the google maps iframe embed.
You either need to do it with Google Maps Map Maker (http://www.google.com/maps/mm) or you need to use the Google Maps API (https://developers.google.com/maps/).

I hope this helps . There is a GoogleMap with Markers loaded by a JSON. The markers are displayed correct. But the Info Window shows only the last title (unternehmen / company). Is it a overwrite problem? How can i fix it? , You have implemented closure correctly but at the wrong place
code :
for (var i = 0, length = json.length; i < length; i++) {

     var data = json[i],
     address = data.address,
     unternehmen = data.unternehmen;

    (function(unternehmen) {

        console.log(unternehmen);

            geocoder.geocode( { 'address' : address }, function( results ) {

                var marker = new google.maps.Marker( {
                    map: map,
                    position: results[0].geometry.location,
                    title: unternehmen,
                    animation: google.maps.Animation.DROP
                });

                //(function(marker, data) {

                    google.maps.event.addListener(marker, "click", function( e ) {
                        infoWindow.setContent(unternehmen);
                        infoWindow.open(map, marker);
                    });

                //})(marker, data);
            });

     })(unternehmen);

}
