How to Encrypt in C# .NET same as Java code

this one helps. Are you certain that the encryption algorithm, the block cipher mode and padding mode are equivalent in your C# implementation when compared to your java implementation?
Edit: Actually for RSACryptoProvider you probably don't need cipher/padding mode - take a look at the example on MSDN, specifically the section on importing public key information via ImportParameters

To fix the issue you can do There are two distinct errors.
Firstly, the updating of key1 must use rValue rather than bValue.
code :
key1 = ((rValue[0]+key1)*key2+key3) & 0xffff;
class SO15885898 {

    private static String ValueToHex(int myInt)
    {
        StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder();
        sb.append(Integer.toHexString(myInt & 0xff));
        if (sb.length() < 2) {
            sb.insert(0, '0'); // pad with leading zero if needed
        }
        return sb.toString();
    }

    public static void main(String[] args)
    {
        int key1=11;
        int key2=22;
        int key3=33;

        String value = "ABCDE";
        for(int i=0; i<value.length(); i++){
            byte bValue = value.substring(i).getBytes()[0];
            int rValue = bValue^(key1>>8);
            key1 = ((rValue+key1)*key2+key3) & 0xffff;
            System.out.print(ValueToHex(rValue));
        }
    }
}

Does that help I have been trying to convert a code for encrypt in java to ruby, but I am not able to do it completely. I getting different values. , Encrypt Code:
code :
def aes(key,string)
  cipher = OpenSSL::Cipher::Cipher.new("aes-128-cbc")
  cipher.encrypt
  cipher.padding = 1
  cipher.key = hex_to_bin(Digest::SHA1.hexdigest('secret_key')[0..32])
  cipher_text = cipher.update(string)
  cipher_text << cipher.final
  return bin_to_hex(cipher_text).upcase
end
def aes_decrypt(key, encrypted)
  encrypted = hex_to_bin(encrypted.downcase)
  cipher = OpenSSL::Cipher::Cipher.new("aes-128-cbc")
  cipher.decrypt
  cipher.padding = 1
  cipher.key = hex_to_bin(Digest::SHA1.hexdigest('secret_key')[0..32])
  d = cipher.update(encrypted)
  d << cipher.final
end
def hex_to_bin(str)
  [str].pack "H*"
end

def bin_to_hex(s)
  s.unpack('C*').map{ |b| "%02X" % b }.join('')

Java code to encrypt a given sting

I wish this helpful for you You need an extra loop to check which character matches from s2 string.Other than that,you will have to use modulo operator to avoid ArrayIndexOutOfBound.
Try this
code :
public static void main(String[] args) {

        Scanner sc = new Scanner(System.in);
        String s1 = "qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm";
        String s2 = "mnbvcxzasdfghjklpoiuytrewq";
        String input, out = "";
        System.out.println("enter input string");
        input = sc.nextLine();
        for (int i = 0; i < input.length(); i++) {
            for (int j = 0; j < s2.length(); j++) {
                if (input.charAt(i) == s2.charAt(j)) {
                     out += s1.charAt((j + 3)%26);
                }
            }

        }
        System.out.println(out);
        sc.close();
    }
out += s1.charAt((j + 3)%26);

Converting a PHP encrypt code to Java show error?

By : codeguy

I hope this helps . Just like the ill-fated mcrypt crap, openssl_encrypt allows incorrectly sized keys. Instead of rejecting such keys, it simply fills the rest of the key with zero valued bytes ("\0" in PHP). This is completely against any good cryptographic practice, by almost any library for higher level languages.
This is very likely due to two reasons:
